Our lawful basis for processing enquiry data is your consent (which you give by submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and operating our business.
We use trusted third-party services to operate our website and handle enquiries, including our form provider (Formspree) and our hosting and email provider (Cloudflare). These providers process data on our behalf and are bound to protect it. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Where we provide calculators to regulated claims firms, any personal data submitted by members of the public through those firms' websites is controlled by the relevant firm, not by us. In those cases the firm is the data controller and is responsible for its own privacy notice and compliance. Where we process such data, we do so only on the firm's instructions as a data processor.
We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, after which it is securely deleted. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so unless we are required to keep it by law.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email admin@claimculate.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and we do not carry out regulated claims management activity. All regulated activity, consumer communications, and advertising compliance are the responsibility of the regulated firms we work with.
This website is provided for general information about our services. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available but provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this site.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract between us. Any services we provide will be governed by a separate written agreement setting out scope, fees, and terms.
Where we provide calculators or tools to a firm, the firm is responsible for: the accuracy and compliance of any figures, ranges, or outputs displayed; ensuring all consumer-facing content meets its regulatory obligations; obtaining any necessary consents from members of the public; and acting as data controller for any personal data collected through its website. We provide the software; the firm remains responsible for how it is used and for its own regulatory compliance.
Where we provide ongoing services, access to those services (including hosted calculators) is contingent on payment of the agreed fees. We may suspend or disable services in the event of non-payment, in accordance with the relevant service agreement.
All content, code, and design on this website and in the tools we provide remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a licence to use the tools we provide for the duration of their agreement, not ownership of the underlying software.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to any client is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
